MacLean-Dixie MDRS Software Now Has Metric Support

On the soil data entry screen, if the "Units" field on the first page has been set to Metric, the "Soil Unit Weight" field will display values in Mg/m^3. 

In addition to adding support for metric units, MacLean’s software manager, Jeff Warchall, says the software now has more than 1000 different catalog numbers represented in the system and more enhancements are planned for Q3 and Q4 this year.

“One of our primary objectives for the MDRS software (click here to access software) is to make it easy as possible for engineers who are not yet familiar with helical piles to configure and specify them for new construction and foundation repair projects,” said Steve Petres - Product Manager for Anchor Products.  “At the same time, the MDRS software has some advanced tools we think engineers that do have experience with helical piles will find useful as well,” Petres added.
